As the Content & Event Coordinator at Capital Fund 1, I’m a key member of our marketing team, building and managing our processes from the ground up. I’m the sole expert in this role, handling every detail while mentoring our Brand Representative and collaborating with CF1’s in-house sales and underwriting team, along with brokers, title agencies, flippers, etc.

Over the past year, I’ve executed strategic content planning and streamlined event management to boost our brand visibility and stakeholder engagement, solidifying CF1 as the lender of choice for fast, reliable real estate funding. My work consistently delivers measurable impact and positions CF1 as a trusted market leader.

Led the development of compelling content across blogs, social media, and video for multiple platforms, enhancing our online presence. I've coordinated cross-team efforts with internal and external partners, including the Phoenix New Times, to deliver content that resonates with our audience.
Managed the end-to-end logistics for key events such as the Summer Summit, Real Estate Happy Hours, and Lunch & Learn Series. This involved venue booking, speaker coordination, sponsorship management, budget and contract negation and ensuring a smooth experience for attendees.
Strengthened relationships with existing sponsors and actively sought new opportunities to expand our partner network and foster loyal partnerships.

Contributed to refining internal processes related to event planning, content creation, and social media scheduling, improving efficiency across the team.
Drove the company’s social media strategy, increasing follower engagement through targeted posts and campaigns. My content directly contributed to raising awareness of key events like the PHX Property Pulse and Real Estate Happy Hours, while also engaging Capital Fund 1’s growing online community.
Managed the distribution of tasks within the internal marketing team, ensuring workload balance and efficiency. I led weekly event meetings with sales managers to align on priorities, track progress, and address any challenges. This collaborative approach helped streamline efforts and ensured marketing initiatives were fully aligned with sales goals.
